Isla Mundial SL cannot assume liability for incorrect, inappropriate, or unlawful use of the information appearing on www.winterpride.com. Within the limits established by law, Isla Mundial SL assumes no liability for the lack of accuracy, integrity, or updating of the data contained on its website.

The website www.winterpride.com may contain links to external websites not controlled by Isla Mundial SL. Therefore, Isla Mundial SL cannot assume responsibility for the content that may appear on such third-party websites.

  • Purpose: Management of ticket sales, customer services, communications, and information about Winter Pride events.

  • Legal basis: Execution of a contract (ticket purchase), legal obligations, and, where applicable, your consent.

  • Retention period: Personal data will be kept for as long as necessary for the purposes described and in compliance with legal obligations.

  • Rights: You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, limitation, portability, and objection by writing to info@progay.es.

  • Complaints: You may lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es) if you believe your rights have been infringed.

Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties without your consent, except where legally required or where necessary for the provision of services (e.g., payment processors, event partners).

Terms and Conditions – Internet Sales

These terms and conditions apply to each ticket purchased through the www.winterpride.com website by you, the purchaser (“you” or “your”), from Isla Mundial SL (“Winter Pride”, “we”, or “us”) for Winter Pride Maspalomas (“Pride”).

Placing and Cancelling Orders

Before processing your order, you will be asked to confirm that the details you have provided are correct. Isla Mundial SL will not be responsible for errors in the data provided by you, unless they are due to our error.

If tickets ordered become unavailable, you will be informed, and the transaction may be completed in part or cancelled in full. In such cases, you will receive a refund for any tickets not supplied, which will be the extent of our liability.

  • Tickets are personal and non-transferable, unless otherwise expressly authorized.

  • Tickets may only be refunded if the event is cancelled or substantially modified in accordance with Spanish consumer law.

  • The resale of tickets is prohibited. Isla Mundial SL reserves the right to cancel any resold tickets.

  • Isla Mundial SL and/or collaborating venue owners reserve the right, without refund, to refuse admission to any person whose conduct is disorderly or contrary to public order.

  • Isla Mundial SL may add, withdraw, or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programmes, schedules, or capacities without prior notice.

  • Isla Mundial SL may use the ticket holder’s image or likeness in promotional photos or recordings of the event.

  • Isla Mundial SL may postpone, cancel, or interrupt the event due to adverse weather, force majeure, or other causes beyond its reasonable control.

  • By purchasing a ticket, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and accept these terms and conditions.

Winter Pride reserves the right to cancel and withdraw purchased tickets at any time and to deny participation in its events if there are valid grounds to do so. In such cases, the buyer will receive a full refund, without prejudice to other rights under consumer law.

Payment

Prices are quoted in Euros and include applicable IGIC (Impuesto General Indirecto Canario).

Our Liability to You

We will only be liable for losses caused by our breach of these terms where such losses are a foreseeable consequence of the breach. We are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses.

We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to property at Winter Pride events unless caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.

Your Safety

While Isla Mundial SL takes safety measures to protect attendees, you acknowledge that attending live events involves risks. You assume these risks and agree that Isla Mundial SL is not liable for injury, loss, or damage unless caused by our negligence or breach of duty.

Use of Tickets

Tickets must be presented (printed or digital) together with valid ID or passport for entry. Isla Mundial SL is not responsible for falsified or invalid tickets sold through unauthorized channels.

Tickets may be voided without refund if:

  • Used in unauthorized promotions, contests, or resale;

  • Sold or transferred for profit without authorization;

  • Obtained through unauthorised channels.

Attendance at Winter Pride

If you cause damage to Isla Mundial SL property or facilities through negligence or intentional actions, you will be liable for compensation.

By attending Winter Pride events, you accept that photos and videos may be taken and used for promotional purposes without compensation.

Admission may be denied or revoked if your behaviour is considered dangerous, offensive, or disruptive.

General Ticketing Conditions

Terms and conditions may be updated at any time. Ticket holders are responsible for checking updates. Possession of a ticket implies acceptance of these conditions.

Contracts are governed by Spanish law. For consumers, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the consumer’s residence in accordance with Spanish consumer protection legislation.

Prohibited Items at Winter Pride Main Stage and Other Events

For security reasons, the following are prohibited:

  • Illegal substances (zero-tolerance drugs policy)

  • Weapons or sharp objects

  • Fireworks, flares, candles, lanterns

  • Large umbrellas, sticks, flagpoles

  • Glass containers, aerosols, spray paint

  • Loud instruments (horns, whistles, drums)

  • Folding chairs, large bags (unless transparent)

  • Food and drink (unless for accessibility reasons)

  • Selfie sticks, laser pens, drones

  • High-visibility jackets (except staff)

Isla Mundial SL reserves the right to confiscate prohibited items and deny admission.

Complaints and Feedback

If you wish to make a complaint, email info@progay.es with your booking reference. We aim to respond within 28 days (extendable if investigation is required).

Consumers also have the right to submit complaints via the official Hojas de Reclamaciones available at our registered office and to the Gobierno de Canarias consumer authority.

Deadline for submitting complaints regarding Winter Pride is 30 November of the year of the event.

Drones

Unmanned aerial devices (drones) are strictly prohibited in all Winter Pride event areas, including queuing zones. Devices found will be confiscated and may be reported to authorities.
