Admission

• Ticket is personal, non-transferable.
• Organizer reserves the right of admission and may deny entry for inappropriate behavior.

Security

• Mandatory security checks at the entrance.
• No dangerous objects, illegal substances, or outside food/drinks allowed.
• Organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Conduct

• Respectful, non-discriminatory behavior is expected.
• Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
• The event may be postponed or canceled due to adverse weather.

Winter Pride Yumbo Main Stage Conditions

Access to the venue implies full acceptance of the following rules:

• Free entry until maximum venue capacity is reached.
• The organization reserves the right of admission at all times.
• Entry is subject to venue capacity and safety regulations.
• Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• Alcoholic beverages will not be sold or served to anyone under 18.
• Bringing food or drinks from outside is not permitted, except sealed water bottles without caps.
• No food or drinks are allowed inside the Main Stage area.
• Selfie sticks are not allowed.
• Large signs, banners, or objects that obstruct views or pose safety risks may be restricted or confiscated.
• Bag searches and personal security checks are mandatory before entering the venue.
• Security staff may conduct additional checks at any time for safety reasons.
• Nudity showing intimate parts is not permitted, in accordance with local regulations.
• Discriminatory, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the venue.
• The organization is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
• By entering the venue, attendees authorize the use of their image in photos or videos taken by the organization for promotional and communication purposes.
• An on-site medical team / first-aid station is available. Please seek assistance if you feel unwell or notice someone in distress.
• Attendees are required to use garbage bins and dispose of all waste responsibly.
